Who we are

Feel U is an independent music, sound-pack and artist-community project operated by Marc Feliu Gómez (“Feel U”, “we”, “us”). Questions about privacy can be sent to felium@feeluworld.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram profile, city and country; purchase details supplied by Stripe; newsletter and free-pack signup details; community-request status; and limited technical data needed for security, attribution and site measurement.

Why we use it

• To process payments and confirm your All I Need entitlement.
• To deliver secure buyer or free-pack access and provide support.
• To maintain our Kit contact records and send requested emails.
• To use optional contact, profile and location details you choose to provide for relevant community invitations, personal outreach, Feel U updates, and potentially relevant events or creative opportunities.
• To review community applications and invite approved members.
• To record operational transactions and requests in restricted Google tools.
• To understand site use through Vercel and Meta where enabled.

Services and sharing

We use service providers including Stripe, Kit, Resend, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Google and Meta. We share only what each service needs for its role. Secure buyer tokens, storage credentials and permanent private-file URLs are not sent to community or transaction spreadsheets.

Retention and security

We keep records for as long as needed to deliver products, manage the community, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Downloads use private storage and short-lived signed URLs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. Legal and transaction records may need to be retained where required.

Cookies and measurement

We ask before using optional analytics and advertising technology. If you accept, we may use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API on our server to measure campaign performance, understand which Feel U content is useful and support relevant advertising or remarketing. This may involve consented first-party browser identifiers, campaign information and limited contact or technical data sent in normalized or hashed form where appropriate. Meta may process this information under its own privacy terms.

You can accept or decline optional marketing tracking without losing access to the site. Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer at any time to reopen your choice. Declining prevents future Meta advertising events from being sent by Feel U on subsequent activity.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
